General

These terms and conditions apply to purchases and payments made from the Landmark School Supplies website.

Delivery:

• We shall deliver the items ordered to the delivery address you nominate.
• The cost of freight is an additional charge to the cost of the goods.

Returns:

• Prior approval by contacting Landmark must be given before returns are despatched. Goods sold on a firm sale basis cannot be returned.
• Goods can only be accepted for return if they are in as new saleable condition.
• To be eligible for return (unless faulty) software must be contained in its original sealed packaging.
• Shortages or errors must be notified to Landmark within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
• Where there is error on our part we will pay the cost of the return freight.

Title and Risk:

• The title to the goods passes to the customer upon payment.
• Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery to the nominated delivery address.

Pricing Policy

• Stationery Catalogue prices for account members are listed exclusive of GST.
• All prices listed on this website were correct at time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice.
• We endeavour to keep all prices up to date on this website.
• Online booklist orders will be charged the price of the goods at date of invoice. Prices are only approximate on booklists and are subject to change without prior notice. 

Freight Charges - Booklist Orders

Please refer to your schools booklist for freight charges.

Freight Charges - Backorders in Business Centres

Orders can be placed for items that are not available to be delivered to your nominated address. The cost of freight is $6.60 for the first item, then $2.20 per item to a maximum of $15.40.
